Marketing and lead response
A website lead that became a listing in 11 days
Land sale listing, September 2026
- The problem
- A seller with a one-acre commercial parcel was interviewing brokers. She found me through the contact form on my website.
- What the system did
- Her inquiry arrived at 12:15 PM. The full reply went out at 12:45 PM: commission math at both fee levels, a candid market read and four contract terms buyers' counsel would raise. The lead was logged with how she found me.
- The result
- That afternoon she agreed to move the hard money date to the end of due diligence. Eleven days later I was the listing broker, working multiple offers.
Website and AI search
Eighteen articles and four market reports in five months
Website content, May through September 2026
- The problem
- Most broker websites hold a listings widget and an About page, so there is nothing for Google or an AI search tool to cite.
- What the system did
- Articles are drafted from my own market read and edited in my voice before they post. Ten submarket guides went up in one batch on September 20, covering the cities and property types I work.
- The result
- My site now carries 18 articles and four quarterly market reports. Search Console numbers from before and after the batch are being pulled now, and they will be posted here rather than guessed at.
