Back office consulting for commercial brokerages

Who sets up the back office for a commercial brokerage?

For an independent commercial shop of about 3 to 15 agents, CRE ShopWorks does. Shelly Morgan, a Texas commercial broker licensed since 2003, looks at how your shop runs today, then sets up the back office inside your own accounts: marketing, admin, transaction paperwork and junior broker deal work.

What the consulting covers

It starts with where your evenings go. We look at the tools you already pay for, how your brand, forms, terms and file names work now, and which jobs are eating the broker-owner's time. From that we pick the workflows to install first, usually marketing, and build them to match how your shop already works.

The install is the consulting put to work. Your brand, TXR forms, standard terms and voice are written into the system once, tested on a real deal, and handed over with training and a written playbook.

Who it is for

Commercial shops with a handful of agents, real volume and nobody in the back office. It works on a Mac with Google at home and Windows with Microsoft 365 at the office, including shops where IT has Outlook locked down. It is built for commercial brokerage only.

When it is not the fit

Larger firms with an IT department usually buy a software platform and staff it. Residential brokerages need a different system. If you want a person on the other end of the line, a virtual assistant agency is the better match. This checklist compares the options fairly, including DIY chat tools, CRE software and agencies.

How an engagement runs

A 20 minute look first, where I run one workflow on one of your public listings. Then a two-week Marketing Sprint for $2,500, credited in full toward the Marketing install. A full install takes 30 to 45 days, one category at a time, followed by monthly updates as the tools change. Full pricing is public.

Common questions

Is CRE ShopWorks a consulting firm or software?

A consulting and setup service. CRE ShopWorks does not sell software. The system runs on Claude inside your shop's own account and the tools you already pay for, and you pay those vendors directly.

Who is it for?

Independent commercial real estate brokerages of about 3 to 15 agents where the broker-owner is still the back office. It is commercial only, not residential.

Do you work outside Central Texas?

Yes. Installs are set up remotely in your own accounts. Current service areas are Central Texas, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio.

Does CRE ShopWorks provide brokerage services or legal advice?

No. CRE ShopWorks provides consulting and technology setup. Your licensed agents review every document before it goes out, and legal templates are approved by your own attorney.
